A surreal depiction of living in Vancouver’s downtown core as character is lost in construction dust. Based on the poem “City Centre” by Vancouver poet laureate, Evelyn Lau. “How soon we forget what used to be there…”

This animated short was created as part of a series for Knowledge Network called Take Me Home in which BC personalities share what home means to them. The shorts air regularly on Knowledge.
